Gentle Vinyasa

Gentle Vinyasa offers a softer version of Vinyasa, prioritizing slow and mindful movements to promote flexibility and relaxation.  The emphasis is on deepening each pose with velvety transitions, and provides practitioners space to slow down and focus on your breath.  Gentle Vinyasa provides a nurturing space for those seeking a more relaxed and meditative yoga experience.

Sculpt Vinyasa

Sculpt is a high-energy, music bumpin, FUN flow that incorporates strength training and cardio to deliver a full-body sweat sesh. This practice begins and ends with Vinyasa yoga, and is packed full of targeted muscle engagement utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells or resistance bands. Our unique fusion of yoga and strength training creates a challenging session, leaving participants feeling invigorated and energized.
